  DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! Due to a fatality at Longcross track they cancelled the bookings we had for our children and told me they will be refunded! Ok that’s fine!! Now two months on I still haven’t been refunded after calling numerous times and emailing! They now have told me they can offer me another track which is double the distance away from me meaning I’d travel I’ve an hour for less than 10 mins of driving! I’ve explained that this is not a suitable replacement for us as was told I will be able to have a refund! They lie and fob you off, just steal your money! DO NOT USE!!!

  So we're sat here this evening and instead of being excited for a track day tomorrow, we've been left dissapointed and not even knowing where we stand. You cancelled a track day at Longcross which I booked for my partners birthday present. I appreciate circumstances may be out of your hands however this being cancelled is very disappointing for me and my boyfriend.
  I have emailed twice now requesting a refund as the alternative track you have offered is a 7 hour round trip for us.
  I get fobbed off everytime I call and advised the managers are looking at it.
  Where are the managers?! We've had no response or even an acknowledgment of my email.
  You now cannot provide what you advertise and what I paid for and it seems I am not the only person that has been let down.
  
  Maybe a review with prompt a response?
  I will be taking this further if I do not receive a reply to my email.
